Three expert usability analysts from APT Strategies simulated usability testing when reviewing the StarHub website. The expert user analysts were male and female aged 23, 32 and 40 years of age. This critical evaluation analysis addressed the effectiveness of the relationship between the StarHub website and the user with a particular emphasis on the mobile section of the StarHub website. The expert users as much as possible tried to emulate tasks that would typically be undertaken by StarHub users. Hence, the evaluation was measured against the users goals of interacting with the StarHub website.
