IBM - APT Strategies' Executive Wireless

prepared the Executive Wireless Internet Alert report for
IBM. This report's objective was to alert Executive Management about
how today's important business processes have been significantly
improved with wireless technologies. This evaluation was based on a
research conducted in Australia throughout February 2001.
Included in this
report are recommendations that are relevant to Australian
businesses, examples on business productivity and customer service
improvements brought by the convenience of wireless technologies, a
case study (IBM's e-business Innovation Centre), as well as a
